About The Position

Innovative Therapy Concepts is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide outpatient care at Northside Gwinnett in Lawrenceville, Georgia. The patient population primarily includes people with acute or chronic wounds, recent traumatic wounds, and/or wounds related to surgery. The Physical Therapist provides specialized treatment using research-based wound care techniques, focusing on wound healing, education, and recovery. Services are delivered in a state-of-the-art facility with evidence-based equipment and supplies to serve Gwinnett County’s diverse population.

Innovative Therapy Concepts is a Physical Therapist-owned and operated therapy management organization founded by Joe Sapp, PT, in 2006. It began its partnership with Northside Gwinnett in 2013 to provide therapy services throughout the Northside Gwinnett system.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Licensed as a Physical Therapist in Georgia.
• Experienced and certified as a wound care clinician.
• Strong emphasis on patient care, quality, outcomes, and efficiency.
• Responsible individual with a solid work ethic.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Current AHA BLS certification.

• Experience evaluating and treating acute and chronic wounds.
• Strong drive to learn and grow and enhance clinical skills while working with an experienced team.

Responsibilities
