About The Position

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers – Naples (Pelican Bay), an independently owned outpatient private practice, is hiring a travel physical therapist for a flexible 4- to 6-month assignment. The practice serves the Naples and Bonita Springs communities and provides comprehensive orthopedic, sports, spine, balance, and vestibular care. The position offers personalized, primarily one-on-one care scheduling options and experienced clinical, technical, and administrative support.

The estimated total weekly compensation package is approximately $2,142–$2,245, based on a 40-hour week, selected clinical caseload, benefit package, and eligibility for tax-free traveler stipends. The package may include taxable wages, tax-free housing and meal stipends for qualified travelers, and optional medical and dental insurance. Employment is directly with FYZICAL Naples, with a potential pathway to a permanent position.

The assignment is 36–40 hours per week, with a choice of five 8-hour days or four 10-hour days. The start date can be anytime between October and January, continuing through March, April, or May; final dates depend on availability and seasonal needs. The employer also offers to pay for selected local excursions and provides access to a beach kit during the assignment, subject to availability.

Requirements

• Florida physical therapy license or eligibility for Florida licensure.
• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
• Interest in outpatient orthopedic, spine, sports, and balance care for the aging adult.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Availability for a 4- to 6-month assignment.
