About The Position
A hospital northwest of Redding, California, is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract in an outpatient setting. This full-time travel role is scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and may involve seeing approximately 9–10 patients per day. The Physical Therapist evaluates patients, develops and implements individualized care plans, provides skilled, goal-oriented therapy, and continually assesses patients to adjust care plans as needed. The therapist collaborates with the healthcare team to support quality care.
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist license in California, or willingness to obtain one.
- Previous physical therapy experience.
- BLS certification.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Provide skilled, goal-oriented physical therapy.
- Continuously assess patients and make changes to care plans as needed.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality care.
