About The Position

Ally Psychiatry is seeking a licensed outpatient therapist (LICSW or LPC) to join our growing team in Birmingham, Alabama. This is a full-time, weekday-only role focused on delivering high-quality, evidence-based therapy in a supportive, clinician-friendly environment. This role also includes conducting initial intake evaluations (CPT 90791) for new patients, serving as a key entry point into care. You’ll work with a diverse outpatient population, collaborating with psychiatry and midlevel providers while maintaining autonomy in your clinical practice.

Requirements

• Active LICSW or LPC license in Alabama
• Master’s degree from an accredited program
• Experience with diagnostic assessments and outpatient therapy
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic intake evaluations (CPT 90791)
• Provide ongoing individual therapy sessions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Utilize evidence-based interventions (CBT, trauma-informed care, etc.)
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members as needed
