About The Position

Ally Psychiatry is seeking a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our growing outpatient behavioral health team in Spanish Fort. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a supportive, collaborative environment with a strong referral base and consistent patient volume. This is a full-time, outpatient-only role, Monday-Friday, with no call and no weekends. The position offers an established patient base with strong referral flow, autonomy in clinical approach with administrative support, and the opportunity to work alongside psychiatrists and midlevel providers in a team-based model within a modern clinic setting with full support staff.

Requirements

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
• Active LICSW or LPC license in Alabama
• Experience in outpatient behavioral health preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic intake evaluations (CPT 90791)
• Provide ongoing individual therapy sessions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Utilize evidence-based interventions (CBT, trauma-informed care, etc.)
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members as needed
