Outpatient Therapist (LPC, LCSW)
About The Position
MySpectrum Counseling & Coaching is seeking an experienced Therapist, licensed in Virginia as an LPC or LCSW, to work out of their North Chesterfield, Virginia office. The Therapist will provide both in-person and virtual counseling services to a diverse client base including children, adults, families, and couples with various mental health and substance use needs. The role involves offering a safe and healing therapeutic environment, with a standard caseload of approximately 30 clients for full-time therapists. The company provides the necessary tools for effective clinical service delivery.
Requirements
- Must be licensed as an LPC or LCSW in the state of Virginia
- Eligible for credentialing with major insurance panels

Responsibilities
- Provide Outpatient Therapy in standard 30-60 minute blocks (depending on client need)
- Complete Initial Assessments
