About The Position

Iris Telehealth is seeking a full-time Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner (LIMHP) or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to provide virtual outpatient therapy for adult patients through one of their trusted Nebraska-based partners. The role involves conducting comprehensive initial evaluations, establishing treatment plans, and providing therapy services to patients aged 18+ with moderate/high acuity. The therapist will collaborate with a wide network of support, including psychiatry, crisis services, peer support, and case managers. This is a 100% remote position based in Nebraska, requiring 40 hours per week in Central Standard Time (CST), with flexible scheduling options for 8 or 10-hour shifts. Initial evaluations are 60-120 minutes, and follow-up appointments are 60 minutes, with flexible administrative time. The caseload is typically 6-8 clients per day.

Requirements

Proven experience in providing therapy services as an independently Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner (LIMHP) or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
Active Nebraska LIMHP and/or LICSW license strongly preferred
Full-time availability (40 hours per week) during CST
Experience and comfort treating patients across varying acuity levels
Telehealth experience preferred
Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory
