About The Position

Iris Telehealth is seeking a full-time Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner (LIMHP) or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to provide virtual outpatient therapy for adult patients through one of their trusted Nebraska-based partners. The role involves conducting comprehensive initial evaluations, establishing treatment plans, and providing therapy services to patients (ages 18+) with moderate/high acuity. The therapist will be part of a collaborative care team and will have access to a wide network of support, including psychiatry, crisis services, peer support, and case managers. The position is 100% remote and requires full-time availability (40 hours per week) during CST, with flexible scheduling options for 8 or 10-hour shifts. Requirements

Proven experience in providing therapy services as an independently Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner (LIMHP) or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
Active Nebraska LIMHP and/or LICSW license strongly preferred
Full-time availability (40 hours per week) during CST
Experience and comfort treating patients across varying acuity levels
Telehealth experience preferred
Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory
