About The Position

Clarvida is hiring a part-time School Based/Outpatient Therapist in Aliquippa, Pennsylvania. The therapist provides person-centered, trauma-informed individual and family therapy to an assigned caseload in schools and the outpatient clinic, serving students in elementary, middle, and high school levels. The role involves timely, compliant clinical documentation, compliance with applicable state and local regulations, travel among school sites and other appointment locations, and collaboration with school staff, families, and community partners. Compensation is $30.00–$32.00 per client hour, with differential rates for administrative work and travel. Licensed clinicians may earn more than the non-licensed rate. The role requires travel between schools and appointment sites, with up to 100% travel possible. Clarvida provides behavioral health services across multiple states and partners with families and local systems to deliver integrated, person-centered care.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a similar clinical field from an accredited institution.
Verified clinical practicum or internship completed.
Pennsylvania license as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW, or willingness to work at the non-licensed rate if not licensed.
Willingness to travel between school and appointment sites; up to 100% travel may be possible.

Responsibilities

Provide individual and family therapy for an assigned caseload in the Hopewell and Western Beaver Area School Districts, serving elementary, middle, and high school students.
Maintain clinical documentation in a timely and compliant manner.
Travel to appointment sites, schools, or other locations required by program requirements.
Adhere to state and local regulatory requirements for school-based mental health services.
Collaborate with school staff, families, and community partners to support clients.
