About The Position

Clarvida is hiring a part-time School Based/Outpatient Therapist in Aliquippa, Pennsylvania. The therapist provides individual and family therapy to an assigned caseload in schools and the outpatient clinic, serving elementary, middle, and high school students in the Hopewell and Western Beaver Area School Districts. The position follows Clarvida’s person-centered, trauma-informed care model and involves collaborating with school staff, families, and community partners. The therapist maintains timely, compliant clinical documentation, follows state and local requirements for school-based mental health services, and travels between schools, appointment sites, and other locations as program requirements dictate. Up to 100% travel may be possible. Compensation is $30.00–$32.00 per client hour, with differential rates for administrative work and travel. Licensed clinicians may earn more than the non-licensed rate.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a similar clinical field from an accredited institution.
Verified clinical practicum or internship completed.
Pennsylvania licensure as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW, or willingness to work at the non-licensed rate if not licensed.
Willingness to travel between school and appointment sites; up to 100% travel may be possible.

Responsibilities

Provide individual and family therapy for an assigned caseload in the Hopewell and Western Beaver Area School Districts, serving elementary, middle, and high school levels.
Maintain clinical documentation in a timely and compliant manner.
Travel to appointment sites, schools, or other required locations in accordance with program requirements.
Adhere to state and local regulatory requirements for school-based mental health services.
Collaborate with school staff, families, and community partners to support clients.
