About The Position

NFS is hiring Outpatient Therapists to provide behavioral health services at one of five office locations in Massachusetts: North Andover, Dorchester, Fall River, Worcester, or West Springfield. Therapists work collaboratively with clients to help them access their strengths and reach their potential, using individual, couples, family, and/or group psychotherapy. Both full-time salaried and hourly fee-for-service W-2 opportunities are available. Fee-for-service clinicians may choose a schedule ranging from 5 to 30 hours per week. The posting lists hourly rates from $45 to $70, depending on education, licensure, language skills, specialties, and experience, as well as incentives for qualifying levels of in-person service.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• Will obtain an independent clinical license within two years.
• Excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Access to a laptop or CPS, high-speed secure internet, and a phone.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy.
• Conduct intake assessments and determine appropriate levels of care.
• Develop personalized treatment plans.
• Coordinate care with families, medical providers, and community partners.
• Maintain documentation in the electronic health record system.
• Participate in case consultations and team meetings as needed.
• Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support when necessary.
• Manage a personal schedule and conduct client outreach.
