About The Position

NFS is hiring Outpatient Therapists to provide behavioral health services at one of five office locations in Massachusetts: North Andover, Dorchester, Fall River, Worcester, or West Springfield. Therapists work collaboratively with clients to draw on their strengths and support their potential, using individual, couples, family, and/or group psychotherapy. The role offers full-time salaried or flexible hourly fee-for-service arrangements. Fee-for-service clinicians can choose schedules ranging from 5 to 30 hours per week; afternoons and evenings are preferred, and weekend availability is offered. Therapists are W-2 employees, not 1099 contractors. Full-time clinicians receive a guaranteed salary even when clients cancel. Compensation for hourly fee-for-service clinicians is listed as $45–$55 per hour, with premiums for bilingual skills, specialties, and experience. Additional rate details include $45 per hour for MA-level clinicians, $50–$55 for MA-level clinicians with an initial license or additional language capacity, $55–$60 for clinicians with an initial license and additional language capacity or a high level of experience, and $65–$70 for independently licensed clinicians. On-site incentives are available based on the percentage of in-person services provided over a three-month span. NFS provides supervision, professional development, free continuing education units, and licensure assistance. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available. The role requires access to a laptop or CPS, secure high-speed internet, and a phone.
