About The Position

Northeast Family Services (NFS) is seeking Outpatient Therapists to join their growing team. NFS is a premier provider of behavioral health services in the region, offering both full-time salaried roles and flexible hourly fee-for-service (FFS) positions. Therapists work collaboratively with clients to help them realize their full potential through individual, couple, family, and group psychotherapy. The role offers a flexible schedule, competitive compensation, and a supportive work environment. Additionally, NFS offers 'Summer Fun Fridays' where the office closes at 12:30 PM every Friday from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field required
• Will have Independent Clinical License within 2 years
• Requires excellent time-management skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to manage one's own schedule with client outreach
• Able to work in one of our 5 office locations: North Andover, Dorchester, Fall River, Worcester, West Springfield
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
• Access to a laptop or CPS, high speed secure internet, and a phone required

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy
• Conduct intake assessments and determine appropriate levels of care
• Develop personalized treatment plans that create real change
• Coordinate care with families, medical providers, and community partners
• Maintain documentation in our user-friendly EHR system
• Participate in case consultations and team meetings as needed
• Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support when necessary
