Requirements

LMSW/LMHC/LCSW/LMFT required; Limited permit accepted
Master’s Degree in Social Work
Experience working with adolescents and families
Comfortable in both individual and group settings
Computer skills and experience working with electronic medical records

Nice To Haves

Significant substance use disorder experience and/ or CASAC is a plus
Bilingual English and Spanish speaking is a plus

Responsibilities

Provide individual clinical services and support to a variety of individuals including adolescents, adults, and families from all walks of life which are experiencing life stressors or behavioral challenges through Evidenced Based Clinical Practices.
Attend 1 group supervision monthly to maintain this position.
Respond timely to communication sent by the agency, including clinical staff and collaborating departments such as Care Management, and external service providers such as DSS.
Complete all agency required documentation within established time frames.
Adhere to all clinic workflows and protocols outlined and reviewed during the training/onboarding and as summarized in the “New Therapist Training Schedule.”
