You'll have the opportunity to develop and oversee a diverse caseload of individual and group clients, tailored to your preferences. Provide impactful, evidence-based therapies, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to a wide range of clients. Collaborate and actively contribute within our dynamic multi-disciplinary team to enhance client care and outcomes. Plus, you can further your professional growth with monthly training sessions and a variety of educational opportunities! Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients' mental health needs and provide consultation to clients, families, caregivers, and other providers. Provide both in-person and virtual appointments to accommodate diverse needs and preferences for a range of clients and clinical presentations — children, adolescents, adults, families, couples — using evidence-based treatment modalities. Participate in peer consultation, individual and group clinical supervision, in-house training, and professional development. Receive office and administrative support, billing and intake management, electronic health records access, and credentialing support. Requirements

  • Independent licensure required
  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy
  • Previous experience working with adults, children, and families in an outpatient setting
  • Experience utilizing Electronic Health Records preferred
  • CANS certification required. May be obtained through online training.
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Computer proficiency and the ability to complete clinical documentation in an electronic health record
