About The Position

MySpectrum Counseling & Coaching is seeking an experienced Therapist, licensed in Virginia as an LPC or LCSW, to provide in-person counseling at our North Chesterfield, Virginia office. The role will also involve some virtual therapy. MySpectrum offers outpatient therapy to a diverse client base including children, adults, families, and couples with various mental health and substance use needs. The ideal candidate will be open to working with a varied client base and committed to creating a safe and healing therapeutic environment.

Requirements

• Must be licensed as an LPC or LCSW in the state of Virginia
• Eligible for credentialing with major insurance panels

Nice To Haves

• Registered Play Therapist highly desired

Responsibilities

• Provide Outpatient Therapy in standard 50-60 minute blocks
• Complete Initial Assessments
• Complete Treatment Plans
• Complete Progress Notes
• Be an integral part of the team through collaboration and communication
