About The Position

As an Outpatient Therapist, you will conduct initial behavioral health assessments and work with clients to develop treatment plans that identify their strengths, challenges, and support systems. You will meet regularly with clients to provide individual, family, and/or group counseling, and assess their strengths and mental health treatment needs. The position offers a weekday office schedule from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and is with Pathways, a national agency. Benefits and their availability may vary by state or county.

Requirements

Licensed as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMSW, APC, or LAMFT.
Knowledge of community resources.
Knowledge of and sensitivity to cultural diversity and dual-diagnosis mental health populations.
