Requirements
- Master's degree in psychology, family therapy, social work or counseling related field
- Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker - MN Board of Social Work, upon hire
- MN DHS Mental Health Professional Defined Qualifications: MN § 245I.04, Subd 2-3
- Licensed Ind Clinical Social Worker - MN Board of Social Work required upon hire
- Must meet at least ONE of the following requirements: Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association or current BLS certification from the American Red Cross or Allina in-house BLS training (within 180 days of hire)
Responsibilities
- See patients across the lifespan
- Conduct diagnostic assessments and psychological evaluations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and care teams.
- Deliver outpatient psychotherapy services (individual, family, and group therapy).
- Engage patients’ social supports to improve functioning and outcomes.
- Coordinate care with community providers and agencies; initiate referrals as needed.
- Mentor and provide clinical guidance to mental health practitioners when applicable.
