Outpatient Therapist (LMHP LCSW)- Hybrid/Telehealth
About The Position

This role offers sustainable caseloads, hybrid flexibility with a mix of telehealth and in-person sessions, dedicated case management and administrative support, an integrated care model working alongside medical providers, and clinical supervision available. Requirements
- Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field
- Nebraska license (or eligible): LMHP, LIMHP, LCSW, PLMHP, or PLCSW
- Provisionally licensed therapists are encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient therapy to children, adolescents, and adults
- Complete assessments and develop treatment plans
- Deliver services both in-person and via telehealth
- Collaborate with medical and care teams
- Maintain timely documentation
- Connect patients with community resources
