About The Position

Real Help is seeking licensed clinicians with TF-CBT training and experience treating PTSD and complex trauma to join their dedicated team. The role involves working with clients who are ready to heal and improve their lives, providing high-quality, evidence-based care. This is a 100% telehealth, fee-for-service position with flexible scheduling, allowing clinicians to work on their own terms. The company offers a robust support system including supervision, professional development, free CEUs, and licensure assistance. They provide clients, tools, and flexibility, allowing clinicians to focus on therapy.

Requirements

• Active New York State LCSW or LMHC-D license
• TF-CBT training or certification
• Experience treating complex trauma and PTSD
• Comfortable working with trauma survivors
• Access to a laptop or CPS, secure internet, and a phone required
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
