Requirements

Master's degree in a mental health discipline from an accredited university
NJ Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) required
Experience in group, family, and individual therapy
Experience with substance use disorders
Possession of a valid New Jersey driver's license with a clean five-year driving record that meets organizational standards and qualifies for insurance coverage.
Willingness to provide both telehealth and in-person services
A Background Check is required
Clear Five year driving record/abstract with ability to be insured by organizations carrier.

Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive assessment and treatment services to individuals and families within the Outpatient Department.
Emphasize recovery-focused co-occurring services.
Craft individualized recovery goals collaboratively with clients to steer their treatment planning effectively.
Actively involved in community mental health initiatives—offering consultation and education.
