About The Position

Northeast Family Services (NFS) is seeking caring and experienced Outpatient Therapists to join their growing New York team. This is a hybrid opportunity where therapists work collaboratively with clients to help them access their core strengths and realize their full potential. NFS provides structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions using multiple evidence-based practices to treat youth's behavioral health needs and promote families' strengths. The role offers a summer schedule with early closures on Fridays from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Language differentials are provided for Spanish, Chinese, Korean, Russian, and Hindi speakers.

Requirements

• Master's degree in social work
• LCSW Independent Clinical Licensure in the state of NY required
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth, and families
• Excellent time-management skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to manage one's own schedule with client outreach
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.

Nice To Haves

• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle preferred
• Some afternoon and evening availability is a plus

• Manage one's own schedule with client outreach.
