About The Position

Northeast Family Services (NFS) is seeking caring and experienced Outpatient Therapists to join their New York team. Under the direction of the Program Director, Fee for Service (FFS) Outpatient Clinicians will provide services and care to patients in accordance with NFS policies. NFS Outpatient Therapists work collaboratively with clients to help them access their core strengths to be their best selves and realize their full potential. They provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions to treat a youth’s behavioral health needs and utilize multiple evidence-based practices that promote families' strengths. This is a hybrid opportunity.

Requirements

• Master's degree in social work
• LCSW Independent Clinical Licensure in the state of NY required
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth, and families
• Excellent time-management skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to manage one's own schedule with client outreach.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.

Nice To Haves

• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle preferred
• Some afternoon and evening availability is a plus
