About The Position

Northeast Family Services is seeking caring and experienced Outpatient Therapists to join their growing New York team. Under the direction of the Program Director, Fee for Service (FFS) Outpatient Clinicians will provide services and care to patients in accordance with NFS' policies. NFS Outpatient Therapists work collaboratively with clients to help them access their core strengths to be their best selves and realize their full potential. They provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions to treat youth’s behavioral health needs and utilize multiple evidence-based practices that promote families' strengths. This is a hybrid opportunity with language differential provided for Spanish, Chinese, Korean, Russian and Hindi.

Requirements

Master's degree in social work
LCSW Independent Clinical Licensure in the state of NY Required
Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth, and families
Excellent time-management skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to manage one's own schedule with client outreach.
Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle preferred
Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
