About The Position

Loyola Medicine, a member of Trinity Health, is a nationally ranked academic, quaternary care system based in Chicago's western suburbs. Loyola Medicine Transport is based at Loyola University Medical Center and is part of a three-hospital system including Loyola University Medical Center, Gottlieb Memorial Hospital, and MacNeal Hospital. The Outpatient Clinical Staff Pharmacist reports to the Manager of Ambulatory Pharmacy, or the Operations Coordinator. This role helps achieve the mission of Loyola University Medical Center Outpatient Pharmacy Services by providing pharmaceutical care in a cost effective, results oriented, and customer focused manner.

Requirements

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm)
• 1-2 years of previous job-related experience

Nice To Haves

• Residency: Pharmacy Practice - General
• ACLS (Advanced Cardio Life Support Certified)
