About The Position

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, implement, and document nursing care for psychiatric patients.
• Assist physicians with psychiatric assessments and mental status examinations.
• Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions.

• Promote patient health through teaching and rehabilitative measures.
• Administer medications according to physician orders.
• Help patients develop effective self-care techniques.
• Collaborate with other health professionals to support continuity of care.
• Stay informed about changes in nursing practices.
• Participate in nursing performance improvement programs to improve patient safety and healthcare compliance.
