About The Position

Mindpath Health is hiring a therapist for a supported outpatient practice serving mostly commercially insured patients of all ages and a wide range of mental health diagnoses. The role uses a hybrid schedule combining in-person and telemedicine appointments. Therapists work within a collaborative group practice alongside psychiatrists, advanced practice providers, and other therapists, with front-office, administrative, patient scheduling, billing, marketing, and technology support. The practice also offers medication management, therapy, and, in certain locations, TMS and Spravato services. The position offers flexible full-time options and a Monday–Friday schedule with no nights or weekends. Compensation is described as competitive, with incentives paid in real time; the posting notes that actual income varies according to production, hours, ramp-up time, experience, and licensure.

Requirements

Hold an active LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LISW license in the state where care is delivered.

Responsibilities
