Outpatient Hybrid Therapist
About The Position
Mindpath Health is hiring an outpatient therapist to provide mental health care in a supported group-practice setting. The practice treats mostly commercially insured patients of all ages with a wide range of mental health diagnoses. Therapists work in a hybrid format, combining in-person and telemedicine appointments, and have access to clinical collaboration and professional development through a national group practice. Modern offices, front-office and administrative support, patient scheduling and billing assistance, and technology platforms support the practice. The role is part of a Monday–Friday outpatient model with no nights or weekends, and flexible full-time options are available.
Requirements
- Hold an active LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LISW license in the state where care is delivered.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a variety of mental health conditions.
- Use EHR and technology platforms as part of the role.
