Outpatient Hybrid PMHNP
About The Position
Mindpath Health is hiring an Outpatient Hybrid Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to provide outpatient mental health care in a supported group-practice setting. The practice treats mostly commercially insured patients of all ages with a wide range of mental health diagnoses. Clinicians provide medication management and therapy, and some locations also offer TMS and Spravato services. The role uses a hybrid schedule combining in-person and telemedicine appointments, with modern office settings, front-office and administrative support, and technology platforms. Clinicians collaborate with psychiatrists, advanced practice providers, and therapists. The position follows a Monday–Friday outpatient work/life-balance model with no nights or weekends. Flexible full-time options are available. Compensation includes market-based pay and the opportunity to earn unlimited incentives paid in real time; actual income varies based on production, hours worked, ramp-up time, experience, and licensure.
Requirements
- Unrestricted license as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in the state where care is delivered.
- Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner certification (PMHNP-BC).
- Active DEA registration.
Responsibilities
- Provide medication management and therapy.
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a variety of mental health conditions in adult and/or child and adolescent patient populations.
- Use EHR and technology platforms as part of the role.
