About The Position
Mindpath Health is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner for a supported outpatient practice serving mostly commercially insured patients of all ages with a wide range of mental health diagnoses. The role combines medication management and therapy, with access to TMS and Spravato services in certain locations. Clinicians work in a collaborative national group practice and have access to other clinicians’ expertise and professional development opportunities. The position follows a hybrid schedule with a flexible mix of in-person and telemedicine appointments. It is an outpatient, Monday-through-Friday role with no nights or weekends, and flexible full-time options. Clinicians receive front-office, administrative, scheduling, billing, marketing, and technology support in modern office settings. Compensation includes market-based pay and incentives; actual income can vary based on production results, hours worked, ramp-up time, experience, and licensure.
Requirements
- Unrestricted license as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in the state where care is delivered.
- Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner certification (PMHNP-BC).
- Active DEA registration.
Responsibilities
- Provide medication management and therapy.
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a variety of mental health conditions in adult and/or child and adolescent patient populations.
- Use EHR and technology platforms as part of the role.
