Outpatient COTA or PTA - Rehab Program Manager
About The Position
Aegis Therapies is seeking a full-time Outpatient COTA or PTA to serve as a Rehab Program Manager within a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC). This role offers a diverse setting with a wide range of treatment opportunities throughout the continuum of care, including Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, Independent Living, Memory Care, On-campus Home Health, and Outpatient services. The Program Manager role is a steppingstone to management, allowing for the acquisition of management experience without direct supervision. Requirements
- Graduate from Therapy program
- Current license or ability to obtain as a Therapist in the state of practice
- Desire to learn and ambition for management roles
- Ability to make a difference in people's lives and have goals for oneself

- Experience with administrative tasks such as scheduling
Responsibilities
- Treat patients while gaining experience with administrative tasks.
- Serve as a liaison for the Director of Rehab.
- Provide patient care within a diverse CCRC setting, including Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, Independent Living, Memory Care, On-campus Home Health, and Outpatient.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient care.
