Outpatient Clinician - Telehealth FFS
About The Position
Real Help is seeking passionate, Licensed Clinicians in New York for a 100% telehealth, fee-for-service role. This position offers flexible scheduling and robust support, including supervision, professional development, free CEUs, and licensure assistance. The company provides clients, tools, and flexibility, allowing clinicians to focus on therapy. Clinicians will provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy via telehealth, conduct intake assessments, develop treatment plans, coordinate care, maintain documentation in the EHR system, participate in case management and team meetings, and provide crisis intervention. A language differential is provided for Spanish, Chinese, Korean, Russian, and Hindi speakers.
Requirements
- Licensed Clinician (LMSW, LCSW, or LMHC) in New York
- An experienced, compassionate, and driven clinician looking for work-life balance
- Comfortable managing your own schedule and caseload
- Flexible schedule with some evening and weekend availability
- Skilled in time management and documentation
- Access to a laptop or CPS, secured high speed internet, and a phone required.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy via telehealth.
- Conduct intake assessments and determine the best level of care.
- Develop personalized treatment plans that create real change.
- Coordinate care with families, medical providers, and outside agencies.
- Maintain documentation in our user-friendly EHR system.
- Participate in case management and team meetings as needed.
- Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support as necessary.
