About The Position

Real Help is seeking passionate, Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) in New York for a 100% telehealth outpatient clinician role. This fee-for-service position offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of children, adults, and families from the comfort of home. Real Help emphasizes supporting clinicians with supervision, professional development, free CEUs, and licensure assistance, while providing clients, tools, and flexibility for therapists to focus on patient care.

Requirements

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New York
• An experienced, compassionate, and driven clinician looking for work-life balance
• Comfortable managing your own schedule and caseload
• Flexible schedule with some evening and weekend availability
• Skilled in time management and documentation
• Access to a laptop or CPS, secured high speed internet, and a phone required.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy via telehealth.
• Conduct intake assessments and determine the best level of care.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that create real change.
• Coordinate care with families, medical providers, and outside agencies.
• Maintain documentation in our user-friendly EHR system.
• Participate in case management and team meetings as needed.
• Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support as necessary.
