Real Help is seeking passionate, Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) in New York for a fee-for-service, 100% telehealth clinician role. This position offers flexible scheduling, allowing clinicians to work on their own terms while making a difference in the lives of children, adults, and families. Requirements

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New York
• An experienced, compassionate, and driven clinician looking for work-life balance
• Comfortable managing your own schedule and caseload
• Flexible schedule with some evening and weekend availability
• Skilled in time management and documentation
• Access to a laptop or CPS, secured high speed internet, and a phone required.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy via telehealth.
• Conduct intake assessments and determine the best level of care.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that create real change.
• Coordinate care with families, medical providers, and outside agencies.
• Maintain documentation in our user-friendly EHR system.
• Participate in case management and team meetings as needed.
• Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support as necessary.
