About The Position

Carolina Pediatric Therapy is seeking experienced outpatient child and family therapists to join their pediatric behavioral health program. The role emphasizes evidence-based care, interdisciplinary collaboration, mentoring, and professional growth. Therapists will provide assessment and treatment for children, adolescents, and families within a collaborative pediatric care model. The position offers opportunities to deepen expertise, help build and improve services, influence clinical programming, mentor future therapists, and work in a culture that values both high-quality care and clinician wellbeing.

Requirements

  • Licensed Psychologist, LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, or equivalent
  • 4+ years of clinical experience preferred
  • Experience working with children, adolescents, and/or families
  • Training in evidence-based interventions

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual skills are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Provide evidence-based and -informed assessment and treatment for children, adolescents, and families within a collaborative pediatric care model.
  • Deepen expertise in evidence-based treatments.
  • Help build and improve pediatric behavioral health services.
  • Influence clinical programming and best practices.
  • Mentor future therapists and partner with Universities to supervise student clinicians.
  • Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, Psychologists, and other Behavioral Health providers.
