Experienced Outpatient Child and Family Therapist
About The Position
Carolina Pediatric Therapy is seeking experienced outpatient child and family therapists to join their pediatric behavioral health program. This role offers opportunities for clinicians to shape the future of the program, engage in evidence-based care, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, mentor future clinicians, and pursue professional growth. The position involves providing evidence-based assessment and treatment for children, adolescents, and families within a collaborative pediatric care model. Requirements
- Licensed Psychologist, LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, or equivalent
- 4+ years of clinical experience preferred
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and/or families
- Training in evidence-based interventions

- Bilingual skills are a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based and informed assessment and treatment for children, adolescents, and families within a collaborative pediatric care model.
- Help build and improve pediatric behavioral health services.
- Influence clinical programming and best practices.
- Mentor future therapists and partner with Universities to supervise student clinicians.
- Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, Psychologists, and other Behavioral Health providers.
