Experienced Outpatient Child and Family Therapist
About The Position
Carolina Pediatric Therapy is seeking experienced outpatient child and family therapists to join their pediatric behavioral health program. The role emphasizes evidence-based care, interdisciplinary collaboration, mentoring, and professional growth. Therapists will provide assessment and treatment for children, adolescents, and families within a collaborative pediatric care model. The position offers opportunities to deepen expertise, help build and improve services, influence clinical programming, mentor future therapists, and work in a culture that values both high-quality care and clinician wellbeing.
Requirements
- Licensed Psychologist, LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, or equivalent
- 4+ years of clinical experience preferred
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and/or families
- Training in evidence-based interventions

- Bilingual skills are a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based and -informed assessment and treatment for children, adolescents, and families within a collaborative pediatric care model.
- Deepen expertise in evidence-based treatments.
- Help build and improve pediatric behavioral health services.
- Influence clinical programming and best practices.
- Mentor future therapists and partner with Universities to supervise student clinicians.
- Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, Psychologists, and other Behavioral Health providers.
