About The Position

Responsible to work directly with Director of Outpatient and Emergency Services to accomplish tasks associated with tracking, monitoring, and reporting information.

Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED/HSE
  • Must hold Valid Driver's License (Class E for Missouri or Class D for IL Residents - Obtain on start date) and current continuous auto insurance.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with data collection to process POS justification requests.
  • Assist with data collection and communication with clients to process provider transfer requests.
  • Set up scheduling template for therapists in EHR system, including ETO entry.
  • Be familiar with functionality and reporting in EHR system.
  • Prepare random review of clinical documentation as assigned by supervisor.
  • Assist with the completion of client phone surveys.
  • Assist with preparation for and taking minutes for meetings/training.
  • Assist with completion of reports and tracking (i.e., agency wide discharges, wait lists, contractual staff report, etc.) as assigned by supervisor.
  • Assist with processing of MH3 referrals and preparation for P/P meetings.
  • Perform administrative duties such as scanning, filing, copying, etc.
  • Correspondence with external entities as assigned by supervisor.
  • Document according to clinical policies and procedures, DMH, CARF, and any other federal or state program per agency standards.
