Outlet Assistant Store Manager
About The Position
Leadership isn't about having a title—it's about setting the standard. At Marion Goodwill Industries, we're looking for an Outlet Assistant Store Team Lead who enjoys coaching others, solving problems, and creating an environment where both people and the business can succeed. You'll work alongside the Outlet Team Lead Coach to lead daily operations, support a team of associates, and ensure merchandise moves safely and efficiently through one of our highest-volume retail environments. Requirements
- 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience (retail preferred)
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends
- Reliable transportation and commitment to a drug-free workplace
- Comfortable standing, bending, and lifting up to 40 lbs. regularly
Responsibilities
- Coaching and supporting a team of Store Associates
- Leading daily operations and maintaining productivity
- Coordinating safe and efficient merchandise rotations
- Delivering an outstanding experience for customers and donors
- Helping achieve sales, production, and operational goals
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized store environment
- Serving as Manager on Duty when needed
- Leading by example and building a culture of accountability, teamwork, and respect
