About The Position

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals for a full-time Guest Service Attendant position in a fast-paced, exciting environment. This role involves working outdoors and offers opportunities for growth within the company. We have over 30 locations and aim to place you at one closest to your home.

Requirements

Minimum age requirement of 16 years or older.
Reliable transportation to ensure on-time arrival for all shifts.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to stand or walk continuously for the duration of an 8-hour shift.
Ability to work confidently outdoors in all weather conditions (extreme heat, cold, rain).
Ability to thrive in a loud, fast-paced environment.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Proficiency in operating iPads/kiosks.
Ability to actively promote and sell Unlimited Wash Club memberships.
Commitment to working weekends (Saturdays and Sundays required).

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service with a bubbly, friendly, and outgoing personality.
Actively promote and sell memberships to new and existing customers.
Maintain a neat appearance and clean hygiene while wearing the professional uniform.
Use iPads and Kiosks to assist customers with their accounts.
Work collaboratively with a team and learn about the car wash industry.
Ensure punctuality and readiness to provide a fantastic customer experience.
Encourage customers to download and use the company app for an enhanced car care experience.
