About The Position

We are the official Car Wash of VCU and a proud partner of the Richmond Flying Squirrels and Richmond Spiders. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals for our Outdoors Guest Service Attendant role in a fast-paced, exciting environment. This position offers opportunities for both full-time and part-time employment, with weekend availability required for both. We have over 30 locations and aim to place you at one closest to your home.
Requirements
- Meet the minimum age requirement of 16 years or older.
- Maintain reliable transportation to ensure on-time arrival for all shifts.
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
- Stand or walk continuously for the duration of an 8-hour shift.
- Work confidently outdoors in all weather conditions (extreme heat, cold, rain).
- Thrive in a loud, fast-paced environment.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Operate iPads/kiosks.
- Actively promote and sell Unlimited Wash Club memberships.
- Commit to working weekends (Saturdays and Sundays required).

- Maintain a neat appearance and clean hygiene with our professional uniform.

Responsibilities
- Actively promote and sell memberships to new and existing customers.
- Encourage customers to download and use our app for a better car care experience.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Operate iPads/kiosks.
- Actively promote and sell Unlimited Wash Club memberships.
