About The Position
Wilson Farm is hiring a full-time, year-round Outdoor Plant Nursery/Yard Customer Service Associate to join their outdoor team. This is a physical job that involves assisting customers, stocking and caring for seasonal plants and associated items, and arranging displays. The position starts at $18.00 per hour.
Requirements
- Knowledge of plants and their care a must
- Reliable/punctual with a strong work ethic and friendly, outgoing personality
Nice To Haves
- Prior retail greenhouse/garden shop/landscaping experience is highly desirable
- Experience working for Mahoney’s, Russell’s Garden Center, New England Nursery, or other garden center
Responsibilities
- Assisting customers in product selection
- Stocking/caring for seasonal plants as well as associated seasonal items
- Arranging displays
