About The Position

Emigh Ace Hardware is seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Outdoor Living Sales Specialist to lead sales in our Outdoor Living showroom. This position is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales of premium patio furniture and outdoor living products, maintaining showroom standards, and supporting inventory and operational processes. The ideal candidate is sales-focused, detail-oriented, and willing to train and develop other team members.

Requirements

• 3+ years of retail sales experience.
• Strong communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of outdoor furniture, grills, and outdoor living products is a plus

Responsibilities

• Drive individual and team sales results.
• Coach and develop sales associates on product knowledge and selling techniques.
• Follow up on customer quotes, special orders, and project opportunities.
• Build relationships with homeowners, contractors, designers, and repeat customers.
• Provide expert guidance on high end outdoor furniture, umbrellas, fire pits, grills and accessories.
• Ensure every customer receives friendly, knowledgeable service.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally.
• Create a welcoming and engaging shopping environment.
• Train, mentor, and motivate team members.
• Assist with scheduling and daily staff management.
• Conduct product knowledge and sales training.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on service and results.
• Maintain attractive showroom displays and merchandising standards.
• Ensure pricing, signage, and promotional materials are accurate.
• Assist with inventory management, receiving, and cycle counts.
• Partner with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
