About The Position

We are seeking an Outdoor Dining Host / Hostess to join our team. As a key member of the Eau Resort & Spa team, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional service to our guests, upholding the standards of our Forbes Five-Star resort. The Outdoor Dining Host/Hostess will courteously greet and escort guests to tables and assist in seating, ensuring the hotel's standards of service. Additional responsibilities will include assisting in preparing the restaurant for service and maintaining the cleanliness of the space(s) at all times; taking reservations and maintaining reservation book; assisting in monitoring the guests' needs and all phases of the operation. This role may assume total responsibility when Manager is not present. We have a part-time position available. This role is a flexible position (AM / PM) and all candidates must be able to work weekends, holidays, and nights.

Requirements

  • Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with guests, co-workers, and management to ensure mutual understanding.

  • 0-1 years’ experience in similar position dealing with the general public.
