About The Position

Vi at Palo Alto is seeking an enthusiastic team player for a part-time Host/Hostess position. The role involves receiving and recording reservations, and greeting and seating residents and guests according to established quality and service standards in a prompt, courteous, and friendly manner to ensure guest satisfaction. This is a part-time position within a luxury work environment.

Requirements

• Friendly and engaging individuals.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to use a Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks.
• Possess or be willing and able to obtain Food Handlers certification, as required.

Nice To Haves

• Prior restaurant and/or customer service experience is preferred.

• Greet and seat residents and guests according to quality and service standards.
