About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic individual for a full-time Outdoor Assistant Manager position in a fast-paced, exciting environment. This role involves working outdoors in all weather conditions and offers opportunities for growth within the company. We have over 30 locations and aim to place you at one close to home.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of management experience.
Maintain reliable transportation to ensure on-time arrival for all shifts.
Lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk continuously for the duration of an 8-hour shift.
Work confidently outdoors in all weather conditions (extreme heat, cold, rain) and thrive in a loud, fast-paced environment.
Commit to working weekends (Saturdays and Sundays required).

Nice To Haves

Car wash, quick-serve restaurant, or other related experience a plus.
Experience managing a group of 10-20 employees, preferred.

Responsibilities

Actively promote and sell memberships to new and existing customers.
Maintain a neat appearance and clean hygiene with our professional uniform.
Use tech skills to navigate through iPads and Kiosks to assist customers with their accounts.
Work with a team and learn new things about the car wash daily.
Show up to work on time and ready to provide a fantastic customer experience to our guests.
Encourage customers to download and use our brand-new app for a better car care experience.
Deliver exceptional customer service.
Operate iPads/kiosks.
Actively promote and sell Unlimited Wash Club memberships.
Commit to working weekends (Saturdays and Sundays required).
