We are seeking an Outdoor Dining Server Assistant to join our team. As a key member of the Eau Resort & Spa team, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional service to our guests, upholding the standards of our Forbes Five-Star resort. The Server Assistant will service guests, assist with functions for servers, and deliver food to the guest tables according to hotel specification, courteously and efficiently. This role will assist in the maintenance of the restaurant area and equipment and provide lateral service when necessary. The ideal candidate will exemplify the values and beliefs of Eau Resort & Spa.

Requirements

• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with guests, management and co-workers to ensure mutual understanding.
• Ability to fulfill physical requirements of the position, including lifting and transporting items of varying weights, with or without accommodation.
• Ability to provide legible communication.
• Certification of previous training in liquor, wine and food service.
• Certification in Alcohol awareness program.
• Certification in Food Handlers program.
• Ability to understand guest’s service needs.
• Ability to be well organized, maintain concentration and think clearly when providing service several guests within any given period of time. (transport food items to the bar, dining room in timely manner)
• Ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team.
• Ability to check the food chit and serve food to guests without asking.
