About The Position

The Outbound Warehouse Associate ensures orders are fulfilled promptly and accurately, using a safety-first approach to pull and audit parts and place invoices and parts in their delivery locations. The role supports outbound product flow, order preparation, inventory accuracy, quality control, and safe, organized warehouse operations. The position works Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pay starts at $19 per hour, based on experience.

Requirements

• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Consistent work history and attendance record.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must meet company background check and drug screen requirements.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. occasionally and up to 50 lbs. consistently.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

• Forklift experience.
• Parts picker experience.
• Powered pallet jack experience.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, and load delivery orders using RF units or pick tickets.
• Verify orders, invoices, and delivery details for accuracy.
• Label and prepare e-commerce, LPO, and DIO orders for dealer delivery.
• Support outbound product flow through efficient stocking and restocking.
• Perform cycle counts and other inventory tasks, and assist with quality control.
• Maintain warehouse safety, cleanliness, and organization.
• Cross-train for other warehouse roles to maximize team efficiency.
