Requirements

Proven experience in B2B outbound sales, preferably within the IT, SaaS, or technology solutions space.
Exceptional communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
A resilient, self-motivated "hunter" mentality with a strong drive for results.
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external channel partners.
Comfortable with a high-performance, commission-driven compensation model.

Responsibilities

Execute high-volume, targeted outbound campaigns (cold calling, emailing, social selling) to identify and secure new business opportunities.
Cultivate and nurture strategic partner relationships to expand our market reach and generate collaborative pipeline growth.
Actively represent the company at industry events, conferences, and mixers. Be completely comfortable taking clients, partners, and prospects out for networking lunches and dinners to deepen relationships and drive business.
Provide insights from outbound conversations to help refine our IT service positioning and go-to-market strategy.
