About The Position

arrivia is seeking a dynamic Outbound Sales Representative to join their high-performing team. This role involves generating new business through outbound calling, building relationships over the phone, and creating travel experiences for members. The representative will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, overcoming objections, and closing deals. This is a work-from-home position.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of proven success in outbound sales
• Exceptional phone communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Consistently make a high volume of outbound calls to generate leads and book appointments.
• Quickly assess potential customers' needs and qualify them for travel packages.
• Deliver compelling product presentations over the phone.
• Masterfully handle objections and challenges to close deals.
• Consistently exceed ambitious sales targets and KPIs.
• Build strong relationships with customers and provide exceptional service.
